Treezor is a Banking-as-a-Service platform that lets companies build financial products such as accounts, payments and cards without becoming a bank. Alassane was responsible for integrating Treezor's Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) SDK into its clients' mobile apps to meet the requirements of the ACPR, the French banking regulator. The stakes were high: if a single client was not compliant, Treezor's own licence was at risk. Treezor chose Alassane for his fintech background. The role needed strong technical skills and the ability to teach, because he worked with 23 fintech clients at once, each with its own team and tech stack. The mission also included building a white-label mobile app with SCA features.
