Seads reinvents IT referrals. It is a platform where referrers post IT opportunities, get matched with the right profiles, and manage the whole collaboration in one place. The challenge was to bring several complex flows together in a single premium, secure experience. These included a smart matching engine between profiles and missions, three-party contracts, contextual messaging, advanced financial management through Stripe Connect, and KYC checks with a reliability score. The platform adapts its content to each user's active role, with a strong focus on ease of use, transparent payments and GDPR compliance.
